Karman is Jess' (formerly pregnant Jess') mother. They are traveling together and staying in the same room. When I saw Karmen, Jess was in the bathroom. Karmen isn't bad, although, the situation (mother and daughter working together, Karmen's age, Karmen's general lack of experience/enthusiasm) will turn many off.
She's legit. I didn't review because, while legit, I didn't find very much to say about it. It was a quick release with very little fanfare, and I don't really have a desire to go back.
