According to the sourch, Ohio law forbade her from this procedure. She had to journey to Indiana to find relief. Everyone was shocked that the GOP could be this heartless. That was the point, so mission accomplished. Anyway, because of a particular trait of this person, what happened was a crime. Yet, no evidence could be found that any crime was committed or that this person existed in either state. Another unspoken fact was that Ohio law has special provisions for this circumstance. There would have been no need to go to any other state.

this convoluted tale goes back to a media famous abortion doctor who has already been known to stretch the truth. Still, the media just ate it up even though we can't be specific here.

The kind of dis-information that Democrats do approve up.

And odds of her getting in that situation were extremely low.

Biden spent five minutes in a speech about this “crime”.

Also, the so called Doctor in this sordid affair should face criminal charges for failing to report a horrendous crime.

That is, if it ever happened.

It was reported that Ohio had a 6 week cap on abortion. The AG says 6 weeks is not mentioned anywhere in the law, it is a "heartbeat bill"and there are exceptions in the law that would have covered a situation like this IF it had happened.
