I say farewell and screw off to eccie after many, many years. I was trying to post a review and received an error "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" Of course, it is an endless loop onto itsself.

Always enjoyed the peoples here (yeah, even the preachy beotches and haters) and found it fun and informative, way back to the ASPD days. But now it wants to block proxy access and peel away at anonymous route access. So I say ta-ta and good grief - if any site would understand anonymous proxies and routing like Tor and such it would be eccie."

Eccie does shoot itself in the foot with political correctness, IP monitoring, censorship and all around BS.

I suspect it's worse than that. But even at a minimum, they would be sharing your IP address and details with the zillion or so advertisers they align with.

Head the warning or not. You are all adults.
