Any financial geniuses here to provide some thoughts and insight. To me market fundamentals are not strong enough for sustainability. Some thoughtful input is greatly appreciated. Guess those. Invested in 2008 must be sitting pretty.

Sell and pocket some cash.

Buy defense stocks. Trump promises to rebuild our military. They soared yesterday. My adviser says it it will take a major event to slow things down. They don't see one on the horizon. If you're still worried, pull some out of the market and enjoy the ride with the rest.

Short with covered puts , safe and pick up some money. a little risky but financial industry is a good investment right now ( selling)
i was going to suggest buy call leaps just in or out of the money right now.

can elaborate more later on sell schedule
Option premium is low now due to VIX being so low. Leaps just in the money for companies you like.

Sell some now and take some profits. Come March 15 the topics going to be the interest rates and the debt ceiling issue. Sold bunch of my tech stocks for profit. Holding on to my defense stocks because it's kicking ass right now. I'll slowly move into oil and gas sector because it's still low...you should see some good new later this year or next.

Got it thanks. You guys are brilliant no doubt. Consistent with who advises me. Gracious thank you folks. Agree with the defense and financial industry. Is there something that's worth taking risk now... Which has future potential. My best....

Ask SC.
He knows all.
yeah so back on the scheduling

-- not enough discussion on the debt these days. soon will be an issue with all the cut and spend talk

-- debt ceiling as mentioned above

-- tax plan....if that new plan isn't clear and beneficial before 3Q...expect a big correction

-- on sell strategies....remember that dollar cost averaging works on the way out. you don't have to sell all. consider a half life or capping a dollar value per asset or industry

-- tax issues-- sell the tax deferred stuff first. I'm about to liquidate a whole bunch a stuff i moved onto after the melt down. Then going to take a break and decide what to do next

You could short but that would take nerves of steel.
Invest American.

Tax reform late this summer and lower corporate rates. Money overseas comes home and most likely goes into equities. Foreigner cash also follows suit.
