where is the "vagina triangle" exactly?

I plan to be in Austin later this summer and hope to have play dates with some of the lovely ladies of River City. I have read reviews that refer to the "vagina triangle" as a place where lots of hobbying takes place. Where, exactly, is the "vagina triangle"?

It's the area where Ih35, 290 and 183 intersect. It's a rougher part of town, but it is centrally located with many cheap hotel options. Both attributes tend to be valued by traveling providers on a tight budget.

Not all of the hotels out there are bad though!
I stayed at a nice Hilton Garden I believe it was when I first came to Austin almost a year ago in that area!
