P411 problems?

Anyone else experiencing problems trying to log onto P411? I can't get on the site with Firefox or on my iPhone. Message says something wrong with connecting to the server,

As a provider, I had no problems logging in.

Just logged in with no problem.

Same here; worked fine.

Getting rid of dial up internet helps....ijs
