Safe being relative. It's nondescript, hidden from hwy6 by a liquor store. I have been in way sketchier parking lots at some Latin agencies. I don't worry about raids too much...but obviously check the parking lots of this place and the close by areas.

I agree with the comments, had lila enthusiast as tried to get a 2nd shot after TS. But she is young 20+ max 30-.
