under the radar

Hi,

I had a member contact me today and set up an appointment. He seems legit, he is an eccie member and has done reviews etc; HOWEVER, he has been under the radar for 4 years...he has made comments here and there in forums; he seems legit; but still a little cautious...any advice? or maybe he has been waiting four years for a woman like me LMAO!?!?
