Unread Pm ?

What happens to an "Unread PM" ? If I delete it before its read...did the recipient actually receive it?

I know a rather elementary question, but I was just curious if its in "limbo", like a cache or something until the recipient accepts it?

If by deleting it you mean deleting it from the list of unread PM's; no, that will not delete the PM itself, it will just no longer track it for you.
