Technical errors?

I logged in today(8-6-2010) and have 2 issues: The men's lounge is gone and it states that my pm box is 100% full- I deleted 20 messages and it still says my box is full- what's going on?

Looks like your PA expired, also looks like you never got credit for some so I'm extending your PA through rest of year.
