Alabama girls first time visiting New Orleans for Mardi Gras, needs info!

Hey yall, it's Alisha from Huntsville Alabama. My old high school friends invited me come to to New Orleans February 23 to 26 for Mardi Gras. Being I've never been there before can anyone suggest any attractions or any fun things I should do when I come there. Great restaurants, or places I should avoid. Or any advice for my stay... any advice will help me! Thanks yall! Can't wait to come have my first Mardi Gras experience....💋

The WW2 museum is absolutely fantastic if you're into that kind of thing. Blain Ken's Mardi Gras world also offers a nice tour and history of Mardi Gras. I can provide a whole list of restaurants that aren't tourist traps if you'd like.

Mardi Gras Day is magic all over the city.....
