Sex T^ourism in America!

Just read a news story that said the city of Baltimore will no longer prosicute anyone for prostitution, drug possession and other "low level crimes".

I didn't really want to go there before, but . . . .

Maybe its an economic stimulus effort. You know turn Baltimore into a non-carabiner, non-Asian domestic destination for sex tourism.

Prostitution and possession usually go hand and hand

The hope is for a few Macau style casino-hotel-sex spa places to spring up!

Or maaybe the German FKK clubs would be the business model.

FKKs in the US would be great! I'd be down for checking it out. I plan on going to Germany to go to the real FKKs sometime

I can show you some nasty ass hell holes in Dallas too. So you can risk your life closer to home.

Every major city in the US has good and bad areas. You just need to know which areas to avoid. It's not that difficult onlyAMPS.

More cities are on the horizon, this will not be an isolated open city, so closer to home/work opportunities seem to be opening up.

Interesting turn of events over there, but it is not clear whether that means "solicitation" will also not be prosecuted?? I would think you would want to know that before you go buck wild in BALT.
I have been *very* nomadic & I have been to every state in the U.S. for an extended period of time; not just passing through on the interstate! There are five states I did not visit yet: Hawaii, South Carolina, Delaware, Rhode Island, New Hampshire.
