Worrisome health of Associate Justice Ginsburg

Ginsburg has dealt with a series of health concerns in recent years. She broke two ribs in 2012, and previously battled two bouts of cancer, in 1999 and 2009. She also had a stent implanted in her heart to open a blocked artery in 2014. - FoxNews.

I'm concerned that she has now missed three days of oral arguments and that her health is failing. I think she would better serve her family by resigning to concentrate on recovery.

I'm willing to bet our President would be able to find a good candidate to replace RBG. That might be the best course forward.
Anyone heard any updates on her condition?

How can you "work from home" if you aren't hearing oral arguments? That's 99% of the job! WTF?

The time has come.

She needs to retire for these health reasons alone.

Im glad you are all concerned about her health. Lets just make sure Robert Mueller stays healthy.
The fact is, a Supreme Court Judge does not have to listen to anybody. If they choose, they can play cross word puzzles while arguments are put forth.

They do not have to go by president, past cases or anything. They can choose to vote on an issue based on nothing more than their personal opinion.

Thurgood Marshal was famous for not listening to any Death Penalty case that came before him. He said he did not care what the lawyers said or what the facts of the case were, because he was fundamentally opposed to the death penalty in all cases.

If RBG, or any other Justice becomes incompassitated, and refuses to step aside, the only Constitutional remedy is impeachment and removal from office.

At least that is not as bad as a left wing feminist corpse.
