Does the town die on Spring Break?

The answer is NO,,,,
Every Provider knows Spring Break is always slower than any other time Taxes Children off etc etc.
I was very concerned to travel to this City during this time..
The Only Diff. was.. Driving was alot better and safer cause not all those Kids driving around with no manners..lol
