Having Hard Time Getting Provider Stat.

I am having a hard time getting my provider stat on the site! I emailed the staff with links to my reviews as well as the link to my preferred411. I would like to know what else I need to do in order to get my provider stat. I greatly appreciate all your time and help guys!!! Have a fucktastic day!!
