there's a great thread up in the kansas city co-ed forum about stuff that gets left behind after you've been pornsurfing, saving images, or editing docs w/ stuff you'd rather people not know about.

you might want to read it. i added a post w/ other things to "worry" about and cleanup/remove.

what other places need to be cleaned up on a computer after using it for porn or hobby browsing, saving, editing??

I delete cookies on exit so it wipes out where I have been surfing.
if you don't your history is there for anyone to see.
I have mentioned this before. It is best to simply create a new local user account and then do your porn etc. Then logout and delete the account. Sometimes the folder gets left in the c:\users folder but that is easily deleted.

Much better than trying to clear data. They always come out with some new feature that will bite you in the ass.
Deleting cookies is a start but does not cover all traces of where you have been. Far better to simply use the private browser options. Less traces. Having done forensics for quite a few wives, simply deleting stuff won't save your ass if someone really wants to know.

Got a SD card in your phone? Better not save anything to it because deleting it may not save you either.

You can encrypt things. That protects what you have been doing but not that you have been doing something. What are you really going to do if the wife tells you to give me access while shes standing there? Refusal is admission of guilt to a wife.

One poor fucker had to stand there with his wife while I showed her all the shit he had been doing on his computer. Including hookers sites. and then, he had to write the check to pay me.
