I've been reading alot of discussion about Screening and Safety.....

I understand both sides of the coin on this one. On one hand, a gentleman is having a second persona and giving his RW info breaks into that and destroys the illusion as well. That is what verification sites are for. Sign up for RS2K or P411 or Date-Check or the other sites if you're new. You only have to give that information to one localized spot and then you're all set. I personally accept those for screening along with references from providers. It doesn't matter to me if you are married with 5 kids or work for a fortune 500 company. I am not using that information to hold over you.
But Just because a gentleman is great and amazing to see, doesn't mean they all are. We are reviewed for our performance and professionalism as well as our looks. When we are new, it takes time to get those reviews. Gentlemen are just as cautious to see us without a little background. They want to make sure their money is worth their time, just as we want to make sure that our safety is worth the time as well. There are too many horror stories on both sides.
Again, that is where trust is a two way street. The key to screening IS willingness and trust. I'm trusting you with my life and body and time and you're briefly trusting me to make sure you are safe, not LE or a serial killer.
And those who don't want to screen or don't understand our side of the story. Is because they have never been on our side to know. When a lady has a reputation for being discreet, non invasive and has never given anyone a reason NOT to trust her with his information... I gently remind you that we have JUST as much to lose by keeping your information as you do. Especially here in the DC area. Its all a risk, all a gamble. But safety all around should be number one priority in every way.

Well said. I love what I do. I love meeting new people and making connections. Sometimes it's very hard to know who to trust. And there are "providers" who have given the honest, amazing women such a bad name that I understand the need for security on both sides in the industry.
I once had a gentleman say, "I'm completely normal" and turned out to be the scariest encounter I've ever had. And I've heard the stories of being ripped off by providers. The first time, it honestly blew my mind, as the thought had never occurred to me to be so deceitful. But I guess that was just my naivety as I was starting out.
I've learned a lot since then. Screening is a key element in making a connection for me. Its a trust that is given and respected on both sides. And the connections I've made are absolutely incredible and unforgettable!

When a gentleman calls me usually he isn't going to see me on that day ..We talk a couple of times then he comes and we sit and talk and get to know each other.. I ask questions about him..I tell him this is my time not your time..I read him find out what he likes his desires and get a good feel for each other.. So I'm confident if I'm comfortable and confident I'm gonna perform confident! But when I'm not feeling him I tell him I'm not .. Pick up your phone and pretend or call a friend and say in..incall ..and have that person call u back in 5 mins let your client know it's for Ur safety and you have to get it or they will be at the door..I don't care who it is how far they drove if I get "that feeling" it's a wrap..I have a little dog too..She is chill and calm ..But if my Dolly dont like someone that's a red flag as well..lol But I have been blessed with truly great clients.I hold myself a certain way..and it's business and they appreciate that..I mean we have fun..lol we have fun! But I don't have clients that come and "chill " and hang out ..I'm not partying with them..and no matter how many times they come we sit and talk A min or a while before my sessions.. And also.. I don't see but at the most 4 clients day.. Quality over Quantity... I would rather go over 15 mins on a 250 session and my client is happy and I'm happy ..and I'm not slinging a 40$ happy meal deal all day long.. That's safety .. Some are slinging kitty slinging party favors and slinging enchiladas.. Lol that's what you get gentleman when you are bargain shopping.. You wanna go to dollar tree or to the galleria .... It's gonna be not so safe maybe..You get what you pay for.... But this my opinion.. For what it's worth.. Ladies.. Gentlemen .

I guess as a newb I need to just go ahead and go with the p411 - it honestly scared me off at first given it wanted employer information, given the type of job I have it made me, probably unnecessarily, nervous to give such information.

What a great post...verification ..I've only been a client In the hobby for ten months..when i began looking into becoming a client to improve my Iiquality of life i was very fortunate and got in touch with a lady that explained it to me..and although p411 does a thorough job of verifying you they also help to verify the ladies..verification flows both ways..most ladies advertise via backpage because of the numbers..if a lady on backpage isn't a member of p411 doesnt have a posting history no reviews or only reviews by people that havent got a posting or review history or when you do a search and can't come up with anyone you recognise having any one having seen them then i decide..are they being manipulated to have this job as their primary career? Are they LE or some criminal element.
the same goes for the client..p411 is my answer if you advertise then be either recognisable or verified for everyone's safety.

Don't give real info to them. Get two providers to vouch for you and you get a free trial. Then you can renew with a Visa gift card so you never have to provide real world info. Well, your login account does involve real world info but it seems extremely unlikely to figure out who you are from the info you give (just your first name and the day you were born (not month/year))

I just recently became a member of the verification sites and review boards, but even before I had my own screening process and I have declined a lot of gentlemen because they either could not understand my need for safety or simply did not trust me with their information.
There are a lot of providers (such as myself) that have a lot to lose. We have kids, family, businesses, etc. just as our potential clients do. So it is imperative that we put our safety first. We are already risking our life and freedom no matter how many precautions that we may take so if a gentleman is not willing to verify himself, to many of us, he is just not worth the risk.

"In order to win you must take risk. The key is to calculate the risk and minimize the possibility of a negative outcome as much as possible."

Ladies, either you screen or you don't. Use whatever tools you can find.

Gents, either you get screened willingly or you don't. Trying to get around screening/verification can be accomplished but you will eventually get found out.

Best practice, imo, for both ladies and gents is person to person vouching verification. Best if face to face as in direct phone or face to face so all questions can be addressed.

imo, even if a lady has 100 reviews, stuff can happen. Ditto for gents in similar circumstances.

Always some risk in any engagement.

No system is perfect.. somehow bad seeds just slip through the cracks... part of it is because of replies like the guy above giving directions on how to bypass Gina's screening. Gina makes sure we are safe..hobbyist and providers. Gina requires all providers to send multiple pictures of government issued ID next to your face even...so you guys are not alone in giving your real world info. I can appreciate a person wanting to be discreet... however for me..when someone is unwilling to submit to screening it's an immediate red flag. A person with nothing to hide or no bad intentions would be more willing to prove that imho. It's not true for everycase but it's easy to spot. Example: a provider might request that any requests or communication be initiated from here or p411 or date check ect.. because it allows us to start screening from that very moment..most hobbyist follow this direction..it makes setting everything up simple and smooth, however some guys email directly..refuse or ignore all screening questions and never send messages via verification sites. This is a problem...if you can't follow a simple request like this...its a huge red flag to our safety...and that's honestly more important to me than any dollar I've ever made in the hobby. If all we cared about was the money..we would take appts with anyone and everyone with or without screening....

Imo.. screening doesn't just keep me and the hobbyist safe..it helps to ensure the safety of our entire hobby community as a whole.
