I think I recognize her. I ran into her outside a metairie hotel as I was leaving. I noticed that she was with 2 big black dudes in the lobby before she went outside just a head of me. she apparently noticed me leaving. She needed some money and offered to "take care of me". I told her that "i was already taken care of, sorry".

I don't think it wrong to assume that these two could be one and the same person. Makeup/ and different age of photos can make it hard since women can change so much. But I think the features are similar enough to to for LacyAnne and Ashley to be the same for the purposes of discussion.
