Please help

I have had the site for a year and I’m completely lost on how to post I’ve been reading and getting more familiar I tried clicking a “contact is here” button and it lead me to an email address that cannot accept emails so I’m asking again can someone pls tell him how to post or advertise or if that’s even possible. Is this just for the guys to trash talk us ??? Or is there and actual way to advertise? thank you 😊
