Returning to Eccie - Quite Lost in Hobby

So after a several year hiatus, I'm returning to ECCIE. Several things seem to have changed on the site as well as in South Texas. Due to this I'm quite lost as to how to get started again. How can I get more info about local providers? Are there any agencies still active like Icandy or Elite? How do I go about making a review once I meet a provider? I've tried looking for the info here but it seems like a lot of it is only available to members or disappeared completely. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Local talent is rare. There are about 7 listed on P411. Visitors are also rare. There is a 400 an hour coming next week that is outcall only. That make the tab north of 500 after you get room. Unfortunately she isn't a 500 plus lady. Upsetting
