Unable To Recieve PMs!

I have been unable to receive PMs from my clients. I have searched many settings and erased many messages. How do I turn this feature on?

Go to
User CP
on your left
Then click on
Edit Options
and scroll down to Private Messaging
Make sure that Private messages are enabled and that no exceptions have been made
Than scroll down to the bottom and click on Save Changes
