Something I've always wondered. When a provider posts an ad without donation amounts listed, and people understandably freak out when an unknown hobbiest asks pricing questions. How the hell are folks supposed to know the amounts?
You can also look at the provider's showcase and see if rates are posted under "Services & Availability" along with looking at recent reviews to see what is the going rate.
Just make up a rate and use that one.

I would assume that if no rate is posted in her ad, then it's her "regular rates" as posted on her personal website, in her showcase & on other sites like preferred411.com, etc.
