What self respecting person would run with him? You know he would ask his VP to do something illegal or unethical. The guy would have to take the wrap for anything Trump didn't want to. He would also know Trump would throw him under the bus at some point. Same with his cabinet.
So right from the start, you know you would see nothing but "B" and "C" listers accepting positions. John Eastman and others like him. People who will do anything against the Constitution without a second thought.

That is what the democrats are saying. Legal scholars say that the VP can send it back for a week for the states to get their shit together and resubmit. Even then, just like in 1868, the VP is not required to accept it. Louisiana advanced two different slates; one where freedmen voted and the other all white guys.
