ISO would be a good place to request info, but I would recommend being specific about your requirements if you want good results. "You'll get out of it what you put into it."

I am not trying to find a provider, but instead wondering what is the norm....what may be expected of her/me...I know it will depend, but I would like a basis to start from. Is ISO still right? Thanks for your help.
