A sting in Bay County?

I heard a clip on the radio news today about a recent sting in Bay County (sheriff office, I think.) It was talking about "...using the web site to communicate with men trying to arrange..."
I have been unable to find any other info - checked the local TV station websites and no mention of it. The "arrest report" on one of them does show several hobby related arrests last week, but many of the addresses said "tourist".

(With all the things that are REALLY wrong since the storm, it seems that they'd be spending their time on bigger things, but they don't want my opinion)

Anybody have any solid info on it?
