Now that CA is consuming a lot more electricity due to EV cars, the cost of electricity
has continued to go up. And it will only continue due to CA mandates for company vehicles, and even trucks in the future. How is CA going to pay for it ?
By adding a surcharge to the electric bills of more affluent Californians.
