Why are some providers so iffy about DATY?

Just wondering about the providers that are otherwise full service / not GFE that are against allowing for DATY? I think it has more to do with whether the gal is a clock watcher and rushes the date. I've noticed that gals that provide un-rushed quality service usually have no problem allowing daty.
