Au contraire Mr. Prosecutor

Drunken driver kills two sons and injures their father. According to the prosecutor the father left the scene, returned with a gun, and killed the drunken driver. The prosecutor says the drunk driver did not deserve public execution....he is wrong. Of course, they can't find the weapon and they don't have any good witnesses.
