Info on this provider - Real or Fake

Hello,

I'm new to the site after getting burned a couple of times with Bait and Switches. Does anyone know whether or not this provider is Fake? I'm pretty sure she is, but I'm hoping that someone who has experienced her first hand will be able to provide confirmation. She has changed her number (probably after crossing the wrong guy), but her old number was 702 482 7847. Here is the ad she is currently using on backpage.
