Essance replacement

Today I was driving past the old Essance location. It seem a new AMP has taken over the space. Lavender Massage. The signed said open. Very i teresting. Makes me wonder what prompted Essances being closed.

Yes I already knew the reason in short the centers owner was sued because of renting to a business with questionable activities happening on opremise.
Essance was forced to close. I get it. Then another similar business opens. I cant be the only one that thinks that is odd.
