$20..to upload a photo on P411?

last night, I logged into my P411 account and realized that I should update my photos. and then I discovered that P411 now charges $20 just to do that. is this new? no other website(that I know of does this). charging a fee period is absurd but that's 20% of their annual rate to subscribe

anyone know how they are justifying this?

Im pretty sure you can upload photos for free every 30 days. If you upload before the 30 days are up then it's 20pts.

I think he's a client, as we have always charged a fee for client photo uploads (other than the first one).

We manually review and approve each and every photo that goes on the site. To keep the workload under control, we charge for photo uploads. Experience taught us that free photo uploads means we cannot handle the number of photos coming though.

Pretty sure if you contact the boss (privately) and ask nicely, the fee might be waived once.
