Ladies expect to get less calls for a while!
Do to all this medical talk I am sure it will stop the phone from ringing as much for a while.
I know for a fact that If I can't get a BBBJ I am not interested at all and I am sure a lot out there feel the same way.
So what do you think Ladies are you gonna slow your roll or start only offering CBJ for a while?
Guys you gonna slow your roll or only get CBJs?
Maybe some will just quit the hobby all together and go back to Rosie palm and the occasional civies.

Not changing a thing ! The risk has been there every time . I have accepted that fact a long time ago . Just because it has been highlighted , does not make it any more prevalent than it was a week ago . If I knew for certain of course I would not . Cry baby's go home !
EXPECT TO GET LESS CALLS THREAD, this is Interesting, thanks Formerly. Here is first take on this most fascinating point....
OK, scientists know that micro organisms will adjust their behavior to survive and thrive, thus antimicrobial resistance. Almost duh-level obvious. Changing behavior to survive and thrive in human behavior though? Really? I suspect its much more complex because human psychology often drives behavior more than survivalist instincts might. Motorcyclists and hobbyists without helmets both fine examples, among thousands. Add addiction issues gets even more complex, uh oh.
AFKA, even though you are "sure it will stop the phone from ringing as much," Trees not so sure.
Whoever runs the various big agencies and has benefit of several or even scores of providers, months/years of revenue history might be able to track a reduction/increase in business due to exposure (typically at hospitals and other health-care facilities where these bugs breed best/most, but genital to genital and genital to mouth contact obvious exposure point(s)). Clearly this information would benefit the public (better meds, better identification and prevention, better quality research particularly for epidemiology) and public health authorities here and worldwide. Better policies. Legalization/regulation of the hobby? Absence of regulation but presence of taxation? The state needs the money and has public interest (safeguard health) and these twin incentives would seem at their juicy peaks when there is nasty public health scare, like SARS, mad cow, etc.
Now what are the chances that these high-level escort agency owners, or commercial producers of pornography (difference?) are going to share with your friendly WHO epidemiologist and state/federal health agencies? Doubtful we will ever learn the "real" answer to AFKA's intriguing question until "the industry" becomes more transparent for which there are currently no incentives whatsoever.
Providers: What is your take on this?
Leaves wide open for this debate.

It won't change a thing IMO.
We should never forget that the grand majority of hobbyists are sex addicts, myself included.
sixx
I got 99 problems and a bitch ain't one.

I think there will be some that will overreact, but for the most part we are sex addicts.
Guess ill be the first provider to speak. Ain't gonna change nothing in my game. Covered has been my way for a long time. I'm already low volume by choice. Guess saving up money for years really does pay off.
Well I'm aware of all the talk
Rumors of stds and what not
I got completelyyyyy scared
I've been tested, and am clean.
But in the past CBJ was never an option with clients.
Even if I brought it up, my price would get lowered to no more than $.
To me, with my standards, thats ridiculous.
And now people are getting shit because they're not careful in anyway!
That being said, I'm very grateful to be clean
And am not risking it again
I'm retired.
Wow. Two ladies in a row at opposite extremes......
There typically is no way for any lady to respond to any of these topics without a negative impact on their business so most avoid it.
Everyone....
This topic was to stay in the Men's Channel. since you decided to post this on the outside of the channel. I will respond to this as well.
To the Hobbiest:
This has never been about the providers, This is about how we as hobbiest are taking risk and demanding risk with the BBBJ. I was one of you who demanded a BBBJ or nothing at all until this happened to me. I sought out those providers that provided this service and passed on those who only provided CBJ. You can check my history if you want...
I have always stated in any of my post in the Men's channel that this was a lesson learned for me and... you .... as the hobbiest need to reevaluate this type of risk...
I really don't think there will be a reduction in the calls. I am personally taking a break from the hobby... Some of you can really give a shit and that's fine.. I have brought up this "Taboo" topic for the hobby world because it needs to be addressed. ( I am sure I am going to slammed for this by a "Moderator" but here it goes....) There is someone out there who is passing this around to other providers... If you are reading this go and get your meds... I really hope you do.. You messed it up for me and many other guys out there. We all need to be screened, this community is so small everyone needs to wake up and pull your head out of the sand. There I said it....
To the providers:
You are the ones who provide a service.. You really need to evaluate the frequency of screening for yourself. Some of these guys in the hobby can give a shit. I am not that way. I do care because I have great experiences with you and I do enjoy your company and that fine ass. You can take is information and toss it out its up to you.. I really don't see a change in habits from the hobbiest. Shit... this is the oldest profession. We the hobbiest are addicted to that fine ass of yours and no one is going to come between our addiction and that ass.... Me included...
All:
Keep safe... Happy Hobby Hopping
Longhorny
This was totally already being talked about in coed!
How do you know it is not a provider that has been spreading it?????
I am sure this has happened before just you do not have many that want to share that information.
Oh ya and I knew providers would not say much here.

The STD "Superbug" thread was started in the late afternoon of June 6th.
Longhorny, your name was never mentioned until you joined this thread...
