Looking level 1 or 2 with lots of teasing? Any help

Hey all, I had a random question. I use to frequent the many amps (non L3) and was wondering since they are opening back up if anyone knows a good one that actually gives a good massage, lots of teasing, and allows MT at this time? Don’t want L3 but if a L3 AMP provides this and is willing to only go L1 I’m

D&T or Magic Stone would normally be my go-to spots for L1, but I think they're still closed. You might have better luck with an independent, just expect to pay more.

Independent would be fine I have always stuck to the amp scene so don’t know any indys. If anyone has a suggestion I’d appreciate it.

I've never met an L1 provider that wouldn't get undressed for $80. Not worth it imo unless you've seen her before.
