Question

If as I was leaving from getting massage by independent provider I was questioned by police what I was doing there. I told them just massage nothing more which I should not have said that much. They asked for my info which I declined. But they were by my car. Would they have taken my plates and come questione in the future, or should I not worry?*I used a burner number, and when setting up appointment I texted I only wanted massage, no fs.

Sounds like you handled it correctly. Polite cooperation without giving any incriminating information.

And yes LEO more than likely took down your name and vehicle info and included it in an investigative report or field contact report.

As to the future- to be safe, you should never contact or visit that MP.

You might post in the Alert's section of your local area.

Did your text message specifically just inquire about a massage or did you imply that you knew FS was available and didn't want it?

Were they police or were they possibly those in charge or licensing massage providers? Was the lady a LMT?

Also, at the very least, consider letting the provider know of the scrutiny.
It was an apartment complex, I was stopped as leaving apartment and informed of complaints about increased activity in apartment. In texts I specifically said I just wanted massage no fs, not saying whether or not it was provivded. Upon leaving after questioning I texted provider letting her know of situation and then deleted dispossable number.
I would of just said, I was visiting a friend.

What do you people not understand about STFU? The OP should have said NOTHING to the cop. Does anyone here not understand what NOTHING is? It's... nothing.

Also, if a cop is standing by your car, keep walking. Come back later. Your car probably won't drive itself somewhere.
Whether or not you decide to detain me, for which you have no reason to do so, I choose to remain silent. If I am being detained, may I call my lawyer?

If not, am I free to go?

Any other words are troublesome for most.

Lest we not forget that cops abuse their badges and when they do they are like any other undisciplined man/woman.

Keeping completely silent often viewed as confrontational when a I choose to remain silent, I want to call lawyer may I do so now and am I free to go Sir often works better than complete silence.

Keep your hands in sight at all times. If, just before getting approached by LE you have time to voice record from your cellular phone DO SO, its more likely to help than hurt you later.

Glad to hear you got out of there without a longer detention. Sounds like you were lucky and handled it about perfectly!!! Whew.
