Review not appied / attached to my profile

Hello,
Normally reviews are almost automatically linked to my profile after I submit/save them. To date a review that I submitted/saved on 06-06-14 ( Review: http://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=1084451 ) has not been attached to my profile. Can you please see that this review is attached to my profile?
