PM Turned Off

I just had a memeber from here contact me through my privaite email and ask why my PM is turned off and I cannot get messages.

Is there something wrong with my account? Do I need to do something?

on the left click on edit options and the scroll down and under the light gray bar there is a little box under private messaging and make sure its checked
