I recently had a provider use a similar device on me. The one she had was kind of coffin shaped. It opened like a coffin, hinged along one side. Inside was a bumpy silicon material. They feel great if they are warmed up properly For me the original smooth one is best, the different textures are to increase stamina and I already take to long. They need to make them in larger sizes, they split after 2 or 3 uses if you are magnum girth.
