I agree with Ava Maria. Especially because it is often sung at events that are already very emotional. I heard a friend--an opera singer but not one of any renown--sing it at his daughter's funeral. It left emotional etching that will never go away.
Love this song, the cranberries did a version that was awesome also.

Double thumbs up on Carmina Burana, and while we're at it, the Hallelujah Chorus.
A good rendition....but this song as been over done in the past several years....and losing it's soul in the process.
