I'm visiting the Denver area and was wondering what's the best spot to stay in for my travels. Is it hot in Denver (LE wise) i would like to stay away from those areas. Also what's the best part of town? I prefer staying in the higher end of town. It's my first time visiting Colorado so any info on Denver would be great.
Thanks so much,

There's an area called the DTC (Denver Technological Center) that is very popular. Lot's of hotels, lots of guys with lots of money. Downtown Denver can be nice but parking can be a challenge. Boulder is right at the foothills and is very pretty, but there is a reason the locals refer to it as "planet boulder" because the people there sometimes seem like they are from another planet.
My vote is for the DTC, and not just because I work there....
