Looking for roommate that can pay $700 plus half of bills

So I just rented this beautiful 5 bedroom house for$1,400 a month. Upstairs downstairs fenced in back yard garage Washer & Dryer in a new development In Temple. I will be moving in as of June 1st 2022 .. My ideal roommate would be male or female with no kids living with them (its not that i don't love kids because I DO!)but since my son Passing it's hard to be around kids. I don't mind if they come over just not to live here.
