How do I get into the chat section??

Ok I feel like a dim bulb here....I can't get the Eccie Chat to come up, when I click on the tool bar I get a blank screen except for the ads on the left side of the page....
Got some help for the Vet??

Chat may be down for the moment but also if you go to the home page in the tech section those guys may be able to share their experiences with you.
