handle name change

hey all i asked some people what i was suppose to do about a handle name change. i was told to ask the mods and send a list of names i would like it to be changed to.. i done this a few times but no response am i doing something wrong? i have no bad reviews or anything i can think of. I would like my handle changed to match my provider name. So my guys aren't confused when they are looking for Tylusamore.. Or mistress ty... ot amber cream... thnx and what do I need to do?
