PM tool/screen/page

Am I the only one who thinks the Private Message tool could be easier to utilize in almost every way? I have suggestions to whom it may concern...
So many of us work of our phones now and the pm page is awkward from a user friendly stand point...

I think PM is awesome easy to use. But then I only use a PC to use eccie

What are PMs?

It has to do with the software they are running. There are some apps you can get for smart phones that will handle the interface better, but I dont know if this forum software will handle them.
