how do I post a review

Lemme see if I can help, Lobo.

The first thing to do is read a few reviews that have been accepted for premium access and read the link below my signature to see what's expected in a good review.

Then, visit the board for the area where you saw the lady - if that was in Katy, go to the board that covers Katy, TX. If it was in New Orleans, go to that board. Access either the indepent review (is she is an indie) or the agency review thread (if she works through an agency). You'll see two buttons - one of them says "New Review." Click on that one, and it will take you to the review form. Fill out the form and click submit after you review it to make sure you've said what you want.
