I have seen this tactic used by "agencies". In many cases, the girl isn't even running her own ads or answering the phone, The "house mom" is doing that. They used photos cropped from other sites and take off the faces so you cannot tell. They tell the girls it is for their security and they are using the same "body type" as the girl.
In this case the original pics are of redheads a blonde and a brunette.
