I never went to papgayos north but I imagine it's the same. Also the papgayos that was on 59 north is now Paris latino cabaret. Paris shares a Facebook with Punto de oro so I imagine they are all connected.

Are they NBA in Punto?

I think I've seen a black guy there once, but it'll definitely be easier if you speak some Spanish.
