Personally, I don't need it. But from my understanding, some guys like longer labia.

come on guys!!! there are a gazillion reasons why people get plastic surgery of various parts of their bodies. and not all of them have to do with low self-esteem.

even if you think it might be or is wrong, that does not make it wrong.

no sense laughing at folks for doing something they want that's not hurting you. different strokes for different folks!

To expand on pmdelites post, sometimes this can be life saving surgery. I read a few years ago that one of the biggest demands placed on surgeons of this specialty is the reconstruction of the hymen on young women who travel to the US from mulim countries for college. When they get the call to come home and stand inspection prior to their arranged marriage, well, the surgery often seems cheap at the price.

I wouldn't hold it against anyone doing what they want, myself, I would not except for correcting a physical abnormality.

I might have a problem if she's had lifts done that moved her belly button between her tits and her kitty is now where her belly button was! Guess that might create a few more positions to add to her menu?
