If a member gets banned, the member loses the privileges of Membership, but does the member also lose the status of Membership?
In other words, is the banned person (temporarily) no longer considered a Member of ECCIE (note: an ECCIE search for a banned member in the membership directory will come up empty)?

All a member loses when banned is the privilege to post here and the privilege to have access to private areas of the site (Men's Lounge forums, for example). A banned member is still a member.
The status of a banned member's account does not change. If he had Premium Access prior to the ban he still has it, provided it does not expire before the ban expires. It is the same for a provider who is verified.
Yes, banned and disabled accounts will not show up when searching the Member List.
