Bourbon street shooting

I was down on Bourbon when the shooting occurred........ after watching new orleans "finest" I have one question......how does anyone get caught and convicted in this city?

There's live cameras all over Bourbon. Some even live web stream.

I can remember some years back it would seem there was
a NOPD on at least every corner, now it seems that you
can walk the whole strip and see no police presence. It
appears the mentality has gone from proactive crime prevention
to investigating the crime after it occurs. Whoever sells that
yellow caution tape, sales must be booming lol. You can have all
the video camera's but if you do not have a strong visual police
presence these problems will persist. It used to be that between
Bourbon and the river it was safe, but that is no longer the case.
When in the Quarter you have to be aware of your surroundings,
take care and be safe.

They find it better to be undercover... im sure they will have that person by now... I never underestimate nola cops.ESPECIALLY THE 8TH .. xoxo annie
