Is it true about LE here in Houston...

I heard from a provider that here in Houston, LE can now do everything with a provider except cum and still not be violating entrapment laws.

Is this true?

They can take their clothes off, DATY, BJ, CFS, everththing, except pop.
All on Tax payer's dime.

Cuz I'm thinkin I found my new calling in career.

It's not a question of "entrapment," it's a question of police department policy.

I don't know the answer for police in Houston.

Even if it's not allowed by policy, cops will lie about this kind of thing at the drop of a hat.

An entrapment defense is probably going to be useless in any similar court case, anyway. Even if it did work, it would be an expensive and difficult process to use an entrapment defense.

When Black Tuesday came down some of the arresting officers turned out to be some of the girls best clients. When Vivian's was busted one of the officers had done an over-nighter with one of the girls. Does that answer your question.

Undercover is in an AMP and he starts to force the girl to perform, saying that he paid for more... she tells him she is going to get something and leaves... then he arrests her anyways. It's not fair but it happens all of the time. Not only in Houston.

As far as them not telling the truth, that speaks for itself. They are under pressure from their bosses to get convictions and sometimes they will get busy and forget some element of the crime and prematurely arrest someone only to lie about it later on the stand. I use to frequent an establishment and if you wanted in, you left your watch, pager, phone, everything... in the car, no possible way of a recording device getting into their place.
I had a friend in Illinois that worked narcotics and they made him fill out a form every time he used an illegal substance in the performance of busting dealers, so depending on where their supervisors will let them do anything to secure a conviction.
Just like when providers verify clients, it use to be they could verify employment, I have seen where LEO will set up actual DBA's and have a company website and everything will check out.

No, cops can't get away with "dirty" deeds - at least not all the time. There are several examples - the latest one in Houston, "where he said, she said" case resulted in the undercover LE being arrested and charged with tampering with evidence, or perjury? or filing a false report - turns out the lady has a recording. Also the case of 2 Beaumont cops having sexual services in their claim that they were "doing a service for the city and community" version of "for king and country" crap. They are many other cases all over the US on LEOs getting caught "doing the thing for city, county, and community" thing.

Fact, is their SOP doesn't allow them to initiate any sexual contact first, but damn them rules... They are allowed to be in their bday suit to make them more "realistic" as a "John" but they have been known to rub their dicks on girls just to lower her guard - to prove that he is a "real" "John." They have even gone as far as getting BJs, FS, DATY, you name it... Most places don't have audio or video (or both) recording of such "dirty" acts by LEOs that it boils down to "He says, She Says," so the LE wins out. Sometimes the girl or establishment wins, but has to close in the end. I think in such cases the girl should press sexual assualt charges or official oppression against the lying/dirty officer.

I think of all the LE depts, the vice dept is the dirtiest - Prostitution, Drugs, and Gambling. Next is the robbery/burglary dept. The ordinary person is naive and does not know of the "corruption - stealing, false testimony, reports, etc" happening inside these depts. Screening does not weed out potential LE undercover - only minimize the probability. The best method is to have an audio and/or video recording in case anything awry should happen... Just my $0.02...

One thing for sure, most cops are corrupt. Yes I said it. They will LIE THEIR ASS OFF! Got the mug and the t-shirt on that one!
I have had my dealings with them and yes I've done a little time as well.
The reason is that the system they work for is corrupt. Just spend a few minutes doing a search for police corruption and I'm sure you'll find more videos and articles than you care to read or watch.

Another thing I strongly recommend, is if you ever do get the cuffs, DONT TALK TO THE COPS! Search a video by that name on the u-tube site and watch it. Very worthwhile. For that matter never talk to them in ANY official capacity.
